Wipro Applying Thought In
Schools Delhi, Hyderabad,
Mumbai
| “The
teachers have started making the class fun.
After the lesson, now we are able to write
in our own words. …Earlier we had
to learn by heart, and write, but now we
understand and write in our own words.”

Educomp Datamatics Ltd. competently blends Wipro’s
vision of ‘Enhancing the intellectual capital of
the country’ and its own belief, ‘What Learning
Can Be’.
The eagerness for knowledge that lasts a lifetime starts
when teachers themselves are excited about learning. Since
learning is intimately linked to a teacher’s ability
to teach well and nurture basic skills, they play the
most critical role in influencing the teaching-learning
process, understanding their potential, and transforming
existing instructional practices for active learning.
Education will then warrant retention and application
of what is learnt.
Broadly the Teacher Empowerment Program focuses around
Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes of teachers and in turn
the benefits achieved by their students.
Educomp Datamatics Ltd. is currently running Round 2 of
the Teacher Empowerment Workshops at Delhi & Hyderabad.
We have launched Round 1 at Mumbai and shall be shortly
launching Round 3 at Delhi & Hyderabad. We have engaged
with over 300 teachers at Delhi, over 250 at Hyderabad
and over 70 at Mumbai. These teachers are the torchbearers
who in turn are lighting the paths for their students.
