Parent Empowerment Program
launched in Bangalore with 60 parents going through a 4 half
day workshops
November 11-15, 2002
14 school leaders from various
schools in Bangalore participated in part 1 of the Education
Leadership Programme conducted at Wipro Sarjapur Campus by
CEMD, Delhi. The objective of the program was to empower the
school leaders to bring about effective systemic changes in
their schools. The programme has 3 parts (5 days, 4 days and
5 days)

Schools commissions Neev to start an action research “Accelerated
learning for Children” with 2 schools in Delhi and Bangalore
with 100 students. The research would help in strengthening
School Based Support, an integral part of Wipro Applying Thought
In Schools- Teacher Empowerment Program

Graduation ceremony for the
105 teachers of the 1st Round in Delhi was organized. 91 teachers
were awarded Certificate of Completion and 26 teachers received
the "Distinguished Teachers Award". The awards were
given by Prof. Yash Pal and Prof. A.K.Jalaluddin
